    Gadi's practice is focused on finance and technology.

    Prior to joining ERM, Gadi was a trainee advocate at Herzog Fox and Neeman.

    Gadi advises leading Israeli and international companies and financial institutions, such as Goldman Sachs, Vidmind and others, on complex finance and projects transactions.

    Gadi has a bachelor degree in law (LLB) and in economics (BA), both from Tel-Aviv University, and he is a member of the Israel Bar. 

    During his academic studies Gadi has held an elected position as a member of the editorial board of Tel Aviv University Law Review, and was a counselor at the Entrepreneurship and Legal Justice Clinic of Tel Aviv University providing pro bono legal assistance for micro-businesses.
