    Na'ama's practice areas are projects and real estate.

    Na'ama specialises in accompanying companies through the various stages of obtaining permits and licenses for the production of electricity. She has also gained significant experience in relation to the financing of renewable energy projects, advising both companies and financial institutions.  

    Na'ama was a trainee advocate at Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM). During her internship, Na'ama focused on assisting the firm's lawyers in advising clients on matters relating to renewable energy projects. In particular, Na'ama was involved in preparing applications for regulatory licenses from the Israeli Public Utilities Authority - Electricity, for the construction and operation of photo-voltaic facilities in Israel, as well as in relation to the real estate aspects of such projects. 

    Na'ama has acted for clients such as Bank Leumi Le'Israel, Supergas, Israel Corporation Green (ICG), Nextcom and others.

    In addition, Na'ama has gained considerable experience in real-estate transactions and in representing various companies in corporate law matters.

    Na'ama has a bachelor's degree in law and government (LL.B.) from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Herzliya, and she is a member of the Israel Bar Association.

    Na'ama speaks Hebrew and English.
