Gideon's areas of practice are finance and M&A. 

Prior to joining Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM), Gideon worked at the litigation department of S. Horowitz & Co. Gideon was also a Law Clerk for the honourable Judge Yoram Danziger of the Israeli Supreme Court.

Gideon has acted for leading international companies and financial institutions in relation to complex finance and M&A transactions, and has advised various internet and technology companies in connection with development, distribution and licensing agreements as well as other internet law matters. 

Gideon has advised major Israeli and international clients such as Citibank, JP Morgan, Barclays, the Red Sea Group and others. 

Gideon has a bachelor degree in law (LLB) (cum laude) from Tel Aviv University and a master degree in law (LLM) from New York University. 

Gideon is a member of the Israel Bar and of the New York Bar. Gideon speaks Hebrew and English.
