Michal's areas of practice are projects, M&A and technology.

Prior to joining Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM), Michal worked at the Energy and Infrastructure department of Erdinast, Ben-Nathan & Co. Michal also served as a Law Clerk to the honourable Justice Mishael Cheshin of the Supreme Court of Israel.

Michal has represented Israeli and international developers, lenders, investors and EPC contractors in major energy and infrastructure projects in Israel and abroad. She has also acted for leading international companies in relation to complex M&A transactions, and has advised various internet and technology companies in connection with development, distribution and licensing agreements. 

Michal holds a joint Bachelor's Degree in law and philosophy (LLB, B.A.) (cum laude) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, a Master's Degree in Environmental Studies (M.Sc) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a Masters of Law Degree (LL.M.) from Yale (Fulbright Scholarship recipient).

Michal is a member of the Israel Bar. Michal speaks Hebrew and English.
