    Tal specialises in tax and focuses on Israeli and international taxation, tax planning, tax litigation, and taxation of M&A transactions.

    Prior to joining Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM), Tal was an intern and later an attorney at the Taxation Department of the Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office, Civil Division.  In that capacity, he represented the Israeli Tax Authority in various court cases and appeals involving income tax, estate tax and VAT.

    Tal has a comprehensive background in various fields of tax law, including income tax, taxation of real property, and VAT and customs.  His expertise also includes tax litigation. 

    Tal has a a bachelor degree in law (LLB) from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and is a member of the Israeli Bar since 2008. Tal speaks Hebrew and English.
