Roni's practice is focused on corporate, M&A and private client work. 

Roni has acted for prominent international and Israeli clients on complex transactions, including private and public mergers and acquisitions, investment rounds and joint ventures and has provided corporate and commercial law advice. 

In particular, Roni has extensive experience advising clients in relation to cross-border M&A and has acted on some of the most high profile merger and acquisition transactions in Israel in the past few years, and most recently on the NIS 4.2bn sale of Migdal Insurance by Generali. 

In addition, Roni has specific expertise advising the firm’s private clients on various transactions, estate planning and private wealth matters.

Roni has also gained extensive experience in the field of life-sciences, and he represents companies and investors in the medical devices, biotechnology and biopharmaceutical industries. 

Throughout the years, Roni has acted for clients such as Generali, Siemens, Israel Chemicals (ICL), Baran Telecommunications, Medtronic, Riverside and others. 

As a German native speaker with specific experience in relation to transactions in various German speaking countries, Roni heads the firm’s German desk. Roni is a member of the Revision Committee of the German – Israeli Chamber of Industry and Commerce and was also elected by the Israeli Bar Association to act as its official relationship officer vis-à-vis the Federal German Bar Association.

Roni has a bachelor degree in law (LLB) from the Bar-Ilan University, and he is a member of the Israel Bar. Roni speaks Hebrew, English and German.
