Lior Aharon specialises in M&A, capital markets and projects.

Lior advises leading multinational and local companies on a wide range of corporate and financial matters, including M&A, project-finance and capital markets. Lior has extensive experience advising clients in relation to complex projects in the energy sector in Israel and abroad, with specific expertise in renewable energy.

Prior to joining Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM), Lior worked at the capital markets department of Herzog Fox Neeman where he advised clients in relation to corporate law, securities work, public offerings and commercial law.

Lior has acted for clients such as SunIsrael, Supergas, Sunflower and Bank Leumi. 

Lior has a bachelor degree in law (LLB) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.Lior is a member of the Israel Bar and he speaks Hebrew and English.
