Itai's practice is focused on finance and technology. 

Itai has vast experience acting for local and international lenders, debt issuers, borrowers, credit enhancers and sponsors on a full spectrum of financing transactions, including syndication loans, leveraged finance, asset finance, acquisition finance and debt arrangements, and has particular experience in complex derivatives and structured finance transactions.  

Itai also regularly advises banks, financial institutions and investors on matters pertaining to their trading activities, such as brokerage agreements, securities lending and various related regulatory matters. 

In addition, throughout his career, Itai has specialised in advising funds and clean-tech, high-tech and Internet companies at various stages of development on investment transactions, loan agreements, joint ventures, development, distribution and licensing agreements, and a wide variety of intellectual property and Internet law matters. 

Itai has acted for clients such as Israel Chemicals (ICL), the Delek Group, the Tshuva Group, Goldman Sachs, Citibank, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Barclays Bank, Vodafone, the Red Sea Group, UBANK and Haifa Chemicals.

Itai has a bachelor degree in law (LLB) and BA in economics (cum laude), both from Tel-Aviv University.

Itai is a member of the Israel Bar and he speaks Hebrew and English.
