Nimrod's practice is focused on M&A and capital markets, and he heads the firm’s corporate practice.

Prior to co-founding Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM), Nimrod worked at the corporate department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London.

While working in London and Israel, Nimrod has acted on high-profile transactions for leading international and Israeli corporate clients, financial institutions, private equity houses and venture capital funds. The deals he has advised on include private and public M&A (share and asset sales); equity, debt and hybrid investments; and various capital markets transactions, including IPOs in Israel and the UK. In addition, Nimrod has specific expertise advising clients in relation to complex transactions in the energy sector. 

Nimrod has acted for clients such as Generali, Vodafone, the Delek Group, Taya Telecommunications, Bank Leumi, UBANK, Vertex Venture Capital, Mondi Plc, Belgacom and others.

Nimrod has a bachelor degree in law (LLB) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a master degree in law (BCL) from Oxford University, where he was awarded the Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer Scholarship.
