ERM advises IC Green Projects

ERM represented IC Green Projects in the financing and refinancing of two solar power plants in the South of Israel, with a total capacity of 2.5 MW.

Israeli Discount Bank was the financing bank and SBY was the EPC.

The deal was unique because of its very challenging closing schedule, coupled with the demand that ICG obtain a recourse loan for the construction period, which was effected via an on-call loan along with an unprecedented framework agreement - ERM worked with the Bank to determine which representations and warranties were required by this unique situation. A long-term loan agreement was also signed.
