Anne specialises in finance and banking and M&A, private equity and venture capital. Prior to moving to Israel and joining Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM), Anne worked at the banking, labour law and real estate department of Allen & Overy Luxembourg, where she specialised in advising financial sector clients in a wide range of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
Anne has represented banks and other financial institutions with respect to M&A transactions, including the first cross-border merger under EU Directive 2005/56/EC between German and Luxembourg investment firms. She also advised some of Luxembourg’s main businesses on, inter alia, joint ventures, project finance, corporate restructuring, international sale of goods and equipment leasing, and acquired significant experience in commercial litigation.
Anne has a bachelor’s degree in law (Licence en droit) and a master’s degree in law (magna cum laude) (Maîtrise en droit) from the Robert Schuman University of Strasbourg (France). In addition, Anne has a European Master in Law and Economics (EMLE) degree, which she obtained in the framework of the international EMLE programme, spearheaded by the Erasmus University of Rotterdam (the Netherlands) and recognised by the European Commission as an Erasmus Mundus Master Programme for its outstanding academic quality.
Anne is a qualified Avocat à la Cour in Luxembourg, and she speaks English, French, German, Luxembourgish and Hebrew.
