Anat's areas of practice are projects and energy, mergers and acquisitions and green energy, clean-tech and environment.

Prior to joining Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM), Anat worked at the energy department of Gornitzky & Co.

Anat has represented leading Israeli and international clients in relation to the purchase and supply of natural gas, the establishment of private power plants and cogeneration stations, the establishment of alternative energy production and supply projects (including Photo Voltaic and Thermo-Solar projects), the acquisition of private power plants in Latin and South America, and the establishment of a solar power plant and a pumped storage hydroelectricity plant.

 Anat has bachelor's degrees in law (LLB) and in economics both from Tel-Aviv University.

 Anat speaks Hebrew and English.
