Jackie specialises in mergers and acquisitions and corporate work.

Prior to joining ERM, Jackie worked at the corporate department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London. She also worked as legal counsel at Morgan Stanley London and at Fidelity International.

While working in London and Israel, Jackie has acted on high-profile transactions for FTSE 100 corporate clients, gaming companies, leading financial institutions and banks.

Jackie has acted for such clients as the Pearson Group on a large restructuring, for PartyGaming on various M&A transactions, for Woolworths and 888 on general corporate work, for Xstrata on its securities issues, and for Goldman Sacks on various M&A transactions as well as for many other corporates and institutions.

Jackie has a BA from Tel Aviv University, a BSc from London School of Economics and an MSt from Oxford University. She studied law at BPP and the College of Law in London.

Jackie is a practicing solicitor in England and Wales.
