Roni's practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, projects and energy, employment law. 

Prior to joining Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM), Roni worked at the Tel Aviv office of Balter, Guth, Aloni & Co.

Throughout the years, Roni has advised public and private companies and partnerships on various aspects of their activities, including mergers and acquisitions, projects, real estate work, employer-employee relationship and general corporate matters.

As a German native speaker with specific experience in relation to transactions in various German speaking countries, Roni heads the German desk at Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM). Roni was also elected by the Israeli Bar Association to act as its official relationship officer vis-à-vis the Federal German Bar Association.

Roni has a bachelor degree in law (LLB) from the Bar-Ilan University.

Roni speaks German, English and Hebrew.
