Lior's practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and ongoing corporate advice to private and public companies.

Prior to joining Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM), Lior worked in the capital markets department of Herzog Fox Neeman.

Lior has gained substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions, investments in companies in all phases of their development, and fund raisings on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

Lior has represented, inter alia, leading Israeli security companies (Saar Security, Goshen and Moked Security) with respect to their acquisitions by a US private equity fund, Taya Communication Ltd with respect to its purchase of UK broadcasting and production companies, Novarena Ltd with respect of an investment by US investors, and Mithatnim Ltd with respect of its acquisition by Israeli Yellow Pages.

In addition, Lior has acted for real estate, investment and hi-tech companies on various initial and secondary public offerings and bond issuances on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and represented leading Israeli financial institutions in relation to acquisitions of various trust provident funds following the Bachar reform of the Israeli capital markets.

Lior has a bachelor degree in law (LLB) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
