Prior to joining Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM), Itai worked at Yossi Avraham Arad & Co. Itai has also worked for several software companies as a business development manager. Itai did his internship at Gornitzky and co.
Throughout his career, Itai has specialized in advising funds and clean-tech, high-tech and Internet companies in various stages, including in connection with investment, debt and other corporate-finance transactions, joint ventures, development and licensing agreements and a wide variety of intellectual property and Internet law matters.
In addition, Itai has developed an in-depth understanding of carbon credit projects and trade under the Kyoto protocol, REACH work (registration of chemicals under EU legislation) and other highly-specialized and complex sectors.
Itai has acted for clients such as Israel Chemicals (ICL), Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Électricité de France (EDF), Siemens and Heifa Chemicals.
Itai has a bachelor degree in law (LLB) and BA in economics (cum laude), both from the Tel-Aviv University, and he is a member of the Israel Bar.
