Gilad focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, real estate and employment work.
Prior to co-founding Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM), Gilad worked at the corporate group of Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP in New York and at Tulchinsky Stern in Israel.
Throughout the years, Gilad has advised public and private companies, partnerships and sole proprietorships on various aspects of their activities, including mergers and acquisitions, financing and investment transactions, real estate work, employer-employee relationship and general corporate matters. Gilad has also represented companies and individuals before the Israeli courts of various instances.
Gilad has worked for clients such as Teva Pharmaceuticals, Fresenius Medical Care, Meridian Venture Partners and the Caesarea Development Company Edmund Benjamin De Rothschild.
Gilad has a bachelor degree in law (LLB) (cum laude), master degree in law (LLM) and a bachelor degree in criminology (BA) from the Bar-Ilan University.
Gilad is also a member of the New York Bar.
