Nimrod's practice is focused on M&A and private equity, capital markets, and green energy, clean-tech and environment.
Prior to co-founding Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM), Nimrod worked at the corporate department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London, as well as at Yigal Arnon & Co in Israel.
While working in London and Israel, Nimrod has acted on high-profile transactions for FTSE 100 and Tel Aviv 25 corporate clients, international investment banks, top private equity houses, leading financial institutions and state-owned entities. The deals he has advised on include private and public mergers and acquisitions, investments in companies at all phases of their development and the raising of funds on the London Stock Exchange's main market and on AIM. Nimrod has also appeared before the various instances of the Israeli court, including the Israeli Supreme Court.
Nimrod has acted for clients such as Merrill Lynch, UBS, Citigroup, Delek Real Estate, Israel Chemicals and the Taya Group.
Nimrod has a bachelor degree in law (LLB) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a master degree in law (BCL) from Oxford University, where he was awarded the Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer Scholarship.
