Amnon’s practice is focused on finance and regulation, projects and energy and green energy, clean-tech and environment.
Prior to co-founding Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM), Amnon worked at the banking group of Linklaters in London, as well as at the finance, projects and infrastructure department of Herzog, Fox & Neeman in Israel. He was also a Law Clerk for the Honourable Judge Yitzchak Zamir of the Israeli Supreme Court.
Throughout his international and local career, Amnon has gained substantial experience acting for lenders, borrowers, debt issuers, credit enhancers and sponsors on the full spectrum of international financing transactions and projects, as well as advising both companies and state entities on complex regulatory matters. Amnon has also appeared in front of the Israeli Supreme Court in landmark administrative law cases.
Amnon has acted for clients such as ABN AMRO, Citibank, Heron International Limited and Paz Gas Ltd.
Amnon has a bachelor degree in law (LLB) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (summa cum laude) and a master degree in law (BCL) from Oxford University as a Pegasus scholar. Amnon has diverse academic experience and has taught at leading academic institutions, including University College London (UCL) and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is currently a lecturer on "Legal Aspects of International Finance" at the Interdisciplinary Centre in Herzeliya.
Amnon is also a practising solicitor in England and Wales.
